Why purify water?

Before the shelves, before the deli, before everything you see today — there was a vision to provide clean, purified water to our community.
Even though the journey took an unexpected turn, that purpose never changed. It's still at the heart of what we do: offering something essential, honest, and good.
Why purify water when our municipal water is already relatively clean?
Because “clean” and “optimal” are not always the same thing.
Municipal water is treated to meet safety standards, which is something to be grateful for. However, purification can further reduce chlorine, improve taste and odour, remove additional impurities, and provide greater consistency from one refill to the next.
For many people, it's not just about safety — it's about preference, peace of mind, and enjoying water that tastes fresh and pure every day.
